- 1 cup 1% milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 small pinch of salt
- Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, and stir occasionally.
- Once it’s reached pudding-like consistency, it’s ready to eat!
