Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1% milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 small pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, and stir occasionally.
  3. Once it’s reached pudding-like consistency, it’s ready to eat!
